What We Offer

By putting in place a sound preventative maintenance system, the performance of any security system installed is always kept functioning at its best.

Our Preventative Maintenance Packages are designed to cater for various level of security system a site is working with.

 

There are three types of the Annual Preventative Maintenance Package: BASIC Plan; ADVANCE Plan; PREMIUM Plan.

​

The Plans are inclusive of, but not limited to:

(1) Routine Inspection of the system infrastructure; cleanliness/appearance of devices and network equipment (if applicable); file server and network devices;

(2) Minor adjustments: date/time settings; damaged cables or fittings that may have come loose;

(3) Routine Database backup (if applicable)

BASIC PLAN

  • 1 x Scheduled Maintenance per year

  • Full Maintenance Inspection Report(s)

  • Minor cabling and connection repair

  • 1 x FREE Emergency Call-Out per year during office hours

  • 24hr Access to our Emergency Technician/Engineers

  • Unlimited Phone Call Support on Business Hours Only (Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM)

ADVANCE PLAN

  • 1 x Scheduled Maintenance per year

  • Full Maintenance Inspection Report(s)

  • Remote Login Assistance

  • Remote Programming Support

  • Remote Access Card Management

  • Keyholder Updating Provision

  • Holiday/Time Zone Programming

  • Daylight Saving Adjustments

  • Time & Date Adjustments

  • Minor cabling and connection repair

  • 2 x FREE Emergency Call-Outs per year during office hours

  • 24hr Access to our Emergency Technician/Engineers

  • Unlimited Phone Call Support on Business Hours Only (Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM)

PREMIUM PLAN

  • 2 x Scheduled Maintenance per year

  • Full Maintenance Inspection Report(s)

  • Remote Login Assistance

  • Remote Programming Support

  • Remote Access Card Management

  • Keyholder Updating Provision

  • Holiday/Time Zone Programming

  • Daylight Saving Adjustments

  • Time & Date Adjustments

  • Free Battery changes as required

  • Software update (If applicable and deemed necessary)

  • Minor cabling and connection repair

  • Clean and make good any riser equipment or ducting that may have come loose

  • 10% Special Discount on Hourly Rate, Parts and Upgrades or Additional Service Provided

  • 3 x FREE Emergency Call-Outs per year during office hours

  • 1 x FREE Emergency Call-Out per year outside office hours (exclude Public Holidays)

  • 24hr Access to our Emergency Technician/Engineers

  • Unlimited Phone Call Support on Business Hours Only (Monday to Friday 8AM – 5PM)
